Requirements

Education

  • HSC
  • Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Computer Office Application, Graphic Design, or related field will be preferred.

Experience

    • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in computer operation, document preparation, typing, dolil writing, or graphic design.
  • Experience in real estate, hotel/resort, law chamber, land documentation, or corporate office will be preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent typing and software skills may also apply for junior-level positions.
  • Required Skills & Expertise
  • Very strong English and Bangla typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Expert in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, email, internet browsing, and PDF tools.
  • Practical experience in Bangla typing software/keyboards such as Bijoy and Avro.
  • Strong knowledge of document formatting, page setup, tables, official letters, and presentation design.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.
  • Ability to prepare professional visual materials for branding, marketing, and social media use.
  • Basic computer troubleshooting, file management, scanning, printing, and data backup skills.
  • Must be honest, disciplined, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Portfolio or sample work of graphic design and document formatting will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Royal Marina Holdings PLC., a hotel and resort development company, is looking for a skilled and responsible Graphics Designer & Computer Operator with strong English and Bangla typing ability, practical document preparation skills, dolil writing experience, and graphic design expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, edit, and print official documents, reports, letters, applications, agreements, and other office files.
  • Type accurately in both English and Bangla with strong speed and formatting skills.
  • Prepare and draft dolil, deed-related documents, forms, and other legal/official documents as instructed by management.
  • Design graphics, banners, social media posts, brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and maintain proper digital and physical filing of documents.
  • Scan, print, photocopy, convert, merge, and manage PDF documents as required.
  • Support administrative work, data entry, email communication, and any other tasks assigned by management.
