2+ years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Understanding of color, typography, layout, and fashion branding.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A portfolio of previous graphic and video works is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly/mid-level creative, dedicated, and pressure-resilient Graphics Designer with Video Editing expertise to join our growing fashion brand, The Glow Fashions. The ideal candidate must have the capability to visualize ideas, create appealing designs, and edit dynamic video content that aligns with our brand aesthetics and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphics Design:

Design social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Create product banners, posters, packaging design, and promotional materials.
Design for print (tags, stickers, labels, t-shirts, catalogues, etc.)
Ensure all designs are brand-aligned, modern, and engaging.
Prepare mockups and branding presentations.
Specially needs product photo editing.

Video Editing:

Edit high-quality fashion and product videos for marketing purposes.
Create reels, motion graphics, animations, and ads.
Sound syncing, transitions, visual effects, subtitles when needed.
Maintain brand tone and creativity across all video content.

Creative & Technical Responsibilities:

Work under tight deadlines and deliver quickly.
Handle multiple projects at once with high accuracy and creativity.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
Follow trends in design and fashion content.
Manage design assets, backups, and version control.
