- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bar/Pub, Hotel
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Hotel experience will be given priority
- Warm welcoming, Personality, Energetic, Bubbly and very Presentable
- Be able to make casual conversation with guest
- Good telephone manner, good email writing
- Be very fluent speaking in English (with good accent if possible)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Responsibilities & Context
- Have professional practical knowledge about check-in-check out & reservation operations both in manually and in software
- Should be professional in correspondence over letter, mail and fax
- To be readily capable to handle Guest demand, problems or any complaints
- Communication level should be high with speaking in English
- To ensure that rooms have been serviced and maintained to the standards laid down by the company
- Should have experience to work with housekeeping if required
- Keep the Hotel standard of service toward guest at all time
- Ensure Guest satisfaction with etiquette and manners
- Should be well groomed and sense of hygiene
- Should be well known in night auditing on rooms and work in three shifts
- Special and other responsibilities as assigned by the management
- Handles cash, traveler`s cheque, credit cards and direct billing requests properly.
