Responsibilities & Context
Visa Processing:
- Guide clients through the Hajj and Umrah visa application procedures.
- Collect and verify all necessary documents (passport, photos, vaccination records, etc.).
- Submit applications to the appropriate embassy or consulate.
- Track and manage the status of visa applications.
Client Consultation & Support:
- Provide information on Hajj and Umrah packages, travel requirements, and timelines.
- Assist clients in choosing suitable travel and accommodation options based on their needs and budgets.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Coordination with Travel Agencies & Authorities:
- Liaise with Saudi authorities, agents, and consulates regarding visa approvals.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies for flight bookings and ticketing.
- Ensure compliance with the latest Saudi Hajj & Umrah visa regulations.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and updated client files and visa application records.
- Ensure proper documentation for each stage of the application and travel process.
Pre-Departure Orientation:
- Provide pilgrims with essential travel, religious, and safety information.
- Help clients understand the rituals, logistics, and health protocols related to Hajj/Umrah.
Problem Solving:
- Resolve visa-related issues or delays efficiently.
- Offer alternative solutions in case of rejections or travel disruptions.
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Promote Hajj & Umrah travel packages.
- Support sales activities and assist in achieving enrollment or booking targets.
