Responsibilities & Context

Client Consultation

• Provide detailed information about Hajj and Umrah packages to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable packages.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

Package Planning and Coordination

• Design and customize Hajj and Umrah travel packages, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local service providers in Saudi Arabia for seamless travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with the regulations set by Saudi Arabian authorities and local government policies.

Visa Processing

• Assist clients with visa applications and required documentation.
• Liaise with consulates or relevant authorities for visa approvals.
• Customer Support
• Provide guidance to pilgrims regarding travel itineraries, rituals, and necessary preparations.
• Address client concerns or issues before, during, and after the journey.

Marketing & Sales

• Promote Hajj and Umrah packages through digital platforms, print media, and in-person campaigns.
• Meet sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients for repeat business.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
