Strong communication skills in Bangla and basic professional English.
Comfortable handling customer calls and social media messages.
Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and online customer communication.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Must be patient, responsible and professional when dealing with customers.
Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers calmly.
Good coordination and teamwork skills.
Experience in an e-commerce business will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
HG E-commerce is the online retail wing of HG, a concern of Halima Group. The company focuses on mobile accessories, gadgets, consumer electronics and other technology products for the Bangladeshi market.
We are looking for someone who understands that customer care is not only about answering messages. She should be able to guide customers, confirm orders accurately, solve problems and maintain a positive customer experience with HG.
Handle customer calls and confirm online orders.
Respond to customers through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Verify customer and order information before processing orders.
Enter and update orders correctly in the system.
Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation, delivery and other queries.
Coordinate with the operations, warehouse and courier teams for order processing.
Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions or next steps.
Provide accurate information regarding products, warranty and company policies.
Maintain customer communication and order records.
Collect customer feedback and report important issues to management.
Prepare daily customer care and order confirmation reports.
