- Shall be well versed in Microsoft and Linux Operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware, applications, LAN and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
- Able to work under pressure on multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities & Context
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications.
- Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
- Provide assistance for technical issues through support calls and convey the solution in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide support during roll-out of new applications.
- Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances.
- Maintain inventory of all IT assets (e.g. PCs, Laptop, Printer, IP Phone etc).
