Responsibilities & Context

Diagnose and repair IT equipment and deliver to end user.

Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories

Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.

Able to repair all monitors, Printer, scanners, UPS and other peripheral equipment.

Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers.

Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.

Able to take work load and can do work under pressure.
