Responsibilities & Context

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Laptop/Tab motherboard chip level repair & diagnosing & reporting.
• Communication with customers & providing quality customer service.
• Hinges repair & parts replacing.
• Google sheets maintain & report.
• Creating RMA for laptops.
• ADT and WTPI RMA closing for laptops.
• Setting up hardware and installing and configuring software & drivers.
• Repaired the hardware components of the unit & replaced the defective part, evaluated software and hardware related issues and conducted configuration and troubleshooting functions.
