Additional Requirements

Ensure implementation of all electrical and mechanical Jobs mentioned in hatchery as instructions given by department in charge.
Checking the incubators both setter and hatcher regularly.
Monitoring of the chiller and air handler unit.
Find out and solve any machinery fault in the hatchery.
Checking of the fan, light, AC regularly.
Ensure continuous power supply to the hatchery.
Find out and solve any wiring difficulties in the hatchery.
Installation of all new equipment into the hatchery.
Checking of all machinery equipment regularly.
Monitoring and ensuring the proper environment including temperature and humidity in the hatchery.
Ensure strict adherence of bio-security measures in all level of activities of the hatchery.
Monitoring of cleaning and disinfection of all hatchery equipment including setter tray, hatcher tray, incubators as well as all area of the hatchery.
Implementing all kinds of decision regarding hatchery management as instructed/discussed with the project head.
Routine management support in hatchery operation.
Appropriate utilization of items regarding hatchery and its maintenance.
Motivating and awareness building up among the security department and other supporting department employees.
Communication and liaison with shed department, store and others supporting department.
Preparation of all kinds of daily, monthly and other periodical report like disinfectants and general items used.
