Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Bangla, Continental, Thai, Indian, Grilling, Frying, and all kinds of desserts with other cooking techniques.
- Design innovative and seasonal menus while considering customer preferences and trends.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
- Source high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Control food costs by managing portion sizes and reducing waste.
