Responsibilities & Context
- Preference will be given specially to the head of Dev Admin of any life insurance company.
- Lead the working team of agency office, Branch Office, Service Centre and Divisional Office.
- Be able to manage and inspire the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
- Associate sales target in the life Insurance business.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report of Branch and Divisional Office.
- Maintaining relationship with all potential marketing officers.
- Analysis of customer research, current market trends.
- Handling customer question, inquiries and complaints.
- Participating in sales team meeting.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
