Responsibilities & Context

• Greet and assist customers in the store, providing information on mobile phones and accessories.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile phone models and accessories.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
