• Age 35 to 45 years

• Must have high level of relationship with the Airlines/ Carriers.

• Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Need solid understanding of Air freight operation across multiple modes.

Responsibilities & Context

1. Define, implement and execute Air Freight business development and pricing/tariff strategies to maximize profits.

2. Coordinates all transnational operations (Export and Customs activities), adhering to regulations and internal procedures.

3. Ensures all Operations teams meet customer requirements and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from requirements.

4. Provides guidelines to Export team to ensure transactional operations are consistent with group business strategy and compliant with the local business environment.

5. Develops a high-performance service culture within the Air Export Departments

.6. Ensures realization of budgetary performance by setting and monitoring clear objectives.

7. Develop and mentor team members on an ongoing basis. Manage employee performance issues including evaluations, discipline, and employment separation decisions.

8. Ensures performance meets for overall business needs at local and global level.
