  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive the growth of ERP solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product development and enhancement based on market analysis.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify, engage, and secure new clients for ERP solutions through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to support the successful implementation of ERP projects.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
