Lead and manage the land procurement team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful acquisition of land for joint venture development projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth land procurement processes.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including legal, environmental, and feasibility assessments, to evaluate the suitability of potential land acquisitions.
Negotiate and secure land purchase agreements, including price negotiation, terms, and conditions, and liaise with legal teams to finalize contracts.
Stay updated on the real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in Bangladesh to make informed decisions.
Ensure all land acquisitions comply with local laws and regulations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, including project development, legal, and finance teams, to ensure a smooth transition from land acquisition to project development.
Provide regular updates to senior management on land procurement progress and challenges.
