  • An updated knowledge about the Doctors of respective localities.
  • An advanced level user of Microsoft Office Package.
  • Experience or training on any service marketing or public relations module.
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach towards assigned job.
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve team volume and revenue targets for the assigned region;
  • Drive referrals of patients needing tertiary and quaternary care, from community GPs to Evercare hospital by effectively promoting and positioning the various Centers of Excellence in the hospitals among GPs;
  • Drive a CME calendar with the sales team, where in Evercare consultants are positioned as thought and practice leaders among their peers;
  • Maintains the comprehensive database of doctors (apart from EHD’s consultants) and institutions;
  • Communicates & persuades doctors to refer their patients in EHD with the help of assigned Executives;
  • Assigns Executives with territory-based promotion for Doctors and Institutions;
  • Manages the logistical supports required in Information center;
  • Directs the Information Center personnel in conducting the programs;
  • Prepares budget for the activities in Information center;
  • Communicates with EHD’s authority about the activities in Information Center;
  • Formulates the staffing strategy in Information Center;
  • Assists management with data and suggestion in selection process;
  • Provides inputs regarding physician referrals and public relations to Deputy General Manager-Marketing in formulating overall marketing strategy and policy formulation and implementation;
  • Designs and implements plan, policy and program regarding his responsibilities;
  • Advertises EHD’s relevant features to selective doctors outside the capital;
  • Communicates hiring and remuneration policies to outside doctors in other cities;
  • Arranges doctors visit with permissions and logistic support from Operations;
  • Regulate subordinates’ activities as marketing personnel both inside and outside the organization, especially in the Information Center;
  • Measures the performance level of employees in both quantifiable and qualitative manners;
  • Coaches and supervises subordinates to perform better.
