Experience in high-rise commercial building construction is mandatory.
PMP Certification will add advantage.
Experience in working on LEED Certified project will add advantage.
Understanding and knowledge of building codes, RAJUK regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Projects, VISIO and Microsoft Office suite is required.
Strong knowledge about project management, resource planning and project costing.
Good knowledge in tendering process and contract management.
Strong presentation, report writing and negotiation skills.
Good oral and written communication, computer knowledge.

To act as the Project Manager of the project assigned by the management.
To define project scope, set objectives, establish timelines, identify necessary resources for successful completion and determine budgets.
To lead and coordinate project teams, addressing conflicts and performance issues while also providing support and guidance.
To ensure stakeholder engagement, manage project meetings and reports, and communicate project updates to the team and to the management.
To identify, assist, monitor, and address the potential risks and to develop the risk management plans, conduct risk assessments, and implement the strategies to minimize risk.
To set milestones, establish deadlines, and coordinate with the team.
To manage finances, including forecasting, cost control, and ensuring projects remain within budget.
To ensure compliance with quality standards by overseeing quality control processes.
To ensure stakeholder engagement, communicate updates, and manage expectations.
To coordinate and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure project efficiency.
To monitor progress, report to stakeholders, and take corrective actions as needed.
