Responsibilities & Context
Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerates in the country; looking for dynamic, dedicated, honest and hard working professional individual for its FMCG Manufacturing Factories, located at Ashulia, Savar.
Candidates having required experience in FMCG Manufacturing Factories are highly encouraged to apply immediately. Candidates who do not have experience in FMCG Manufacturing sector, requested not to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handling overall operations of FMCG Manufacturing Factories.
- Review and develop process, policy & strategy of production, QC and related function.
- Handling total production with efficient planning and delivery.
- Handling factory HR, Admin, Compliance, Accounts, Inventory, Delivery & other concern department.
- Handling QA & QC and customer feedback.
- Trouble shooting and train up the employees.
- Maintain liaison with concern Division/Department of Head Office.
- Monitoring ISO and related certification audit.
- Dealing with regulatory documentation.
- Submit required reports to the Management.
- Supervise ongoing and upcoming extension projects of similar business.
- Any other assignment given by superior/Management.
