Additional Requirements

Highly experienced in setting up the SKD, SMT, Charger & battery factory completely

Ensure renewal of all licenses/ certificates/ permits for factories.
Arrange and manage the production unit machines by maintaining a proper sequence of operations to ensure the best workflow.
Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility.
Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.
Control & monitor the overall administrative work of the factory to ensure smooth production & factory operation.
Keep a close eye on attaining acceptable production limits and ensuring the implementation of the production schedule.
Ensure proper planning to ensure smooth operation within the team.
Make necessary arrangements to training for subordinates to increase production capacity by following modern production procedures.
Take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory.
Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and utilities.
Resolve any untoward internal & external incidents of the factories through proper channels.
