Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the factory HR, admin and compliance team by ensuring the team is fully aware of their role and expectation.
- Ensure discipline and proper administrative control in the factory.
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budget.
- Monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to Employee welfare.
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirement.
- Assist Plant head and COO to prepare yearly manpower plan.
- Recruit, retain and maintain pool of talents in the organization as per business objectives by ensuring recruitment and other related policies.
- Liaise with other functional/ departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements.
- Ensure IR and employee relation issues are properly addressed, especially grievances, and disciplinary procedures are attended as per law of the land.
- Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated and with high morale.
- Ensure on-time performance appraisal and KRA review process are maintained in the factory.
- Develop, implement, and maintain training and development activities for both management and non-management employees to cater to their learning and growth aspiration.
- Manage and implement proactive relationships with universities, organizations, training institutions and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain healthy relations with government and non-government and various local bodies for better functioning of the organization.
- Ensure continual improvement of work process and of self-development.
