Additional Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales including minimum 02 years of experience in franchise operations or management
Strong understanding of franchise agreements and operational compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Operational Oversight:

Monitor and evaluate franchisee operations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance franchisee performance.

Franchisee Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing their operational concerns and providing guidance.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate franchisees on operational standards and new initiatives.

Performance Management:

Analyze franchisee performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with franchisees to set performance goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with franchisees to promote a positive and collaborative environment.
Act as a mediator in resolving disputes between franchisees and the company, ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon mediation service.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure that all franchisees adhere to the terms of the franchise agreement and company policies.
Prepare and present regular reports on franchise operations to senior management.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for franchise growth and expansion.
Provide insights to the company on competitive practices and potential areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for franchise growth and operational excellence.
Participate in the development of marketing strategies to support franchisee success.
