Responsibilities & Context

The Head of General Administration will report to the Head of the Infrastructure Division and will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective general services, including administration, procurement, rental management, support staff coordination, repair, and maintenance for the bank. The incumbent will assist and support the Head of the Division in all divisional activities related to administration, procurement, rental management, and other general services for the bank.

  • Related to General Administration: Responsible for administrative matters of the bank, specifically serving as the admin point of contact for corporate head office premises. Supervise, guide, and direct support staff-related matters (contracts, vendor management, monthly bill issues, etc.). Oversee the fixed asset issuance and disposal process, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
  • Related to Procurement: Supervise the enlistment process of all vendors and assist in completing the procurement of products and services as per the bank’s procurement manual. Attend negotiation meetings and other procurement-related meetings. Ensure the preservation of MIS for all types of procurement through the billing unit.
  • Related to Rental Management: Supervise and guide the Rental Management unit in maintaining up-to-date renting agreements and payment records.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and policies.
  • Others: Maintain a rapport with all internal and external stakeholders. Directly assist, supervise, and guide the work of other departments within the Division as needed. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned.
