Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

Experience

  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Garments, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 35 years
  • Proven experience in strategic HR management, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of large-scale manufacturing operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context

The Head of HR will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce strategy of our large-scale manufacturing operations. This position will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and development, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s operational goals and long-term growth plans.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across all levels, with a focus on building a skilled and diverse workforce.
  • Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and addressing any concerns or grievances that arise.
  • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Create and implement training programs to enhance the skills of employees at all levels, promoting career development and succession planning.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies across all manufacturing sites.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, driving employee engagement and organizational development.
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
