Additional Requirements

The management of a reputed Group of Companies, owning large 100% Export oriented Woven and Knit RMG units is looking for a Qualified & Dynamic Head of Industrial Engineering for immediate appointment.
The candidate must have at least 10-12 years working Experience as a Top Man in any RMG unit having minimum 10-12 lines / 1000-1200 workers.
Must have knowledge on Production of Outerwear’s (Mans, Ladies, Boys, Kids, Jacket, Trousers, Bottoms, Children wears, Knit wears) etc.
Must have sound knowledge on Compliance and labor laws.
Candidate having any diploma or short course on productivity garments technology will be given priority.
Foreign Nations residing/Non residing in Bangladesh may apply.
The selected candidate will be solely responsible of production, Quality control, Washing, Packing and shipment of goods on time and as the senior-most staff of the Factory.
Must monitor and ensure all compliance matters, safety & security and discipline of the factory.
He will run the Factory as per rules and regulation of the company and abide by the compliance requirements of the buyer and the Govt. Laws.
Must be target oriented and cost conscious.
