Summary

Education

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certificates: Certifications on Microsoft, Oracle and IT Projects Management PMP/Prince2 are required.

Experience

Additional Requirements

Minimum 20 years of proven work experience in IT, where minimum 3 years as Head of IT Work experience in Large Group of Companies.
Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Strong understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and enterprise software solutions.
Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.
Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align IT strategy with organizational goals.
Development experience in Oracle Apex, Java and .net
Knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and data architecture.

Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives and goals.
Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient use of IT resources.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust ERP and Software.
Ensure the implementation of comprehensive cyber security measures to protect the organization’s data and systems from threats.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal allocation of resources.
Build and lead a high-performing IT team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
Ensure the organization’s IT practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Work closely with other departments and executive leadership to understand their IT needs and deliver effective solutions.
