Educational Background:

BSc in Agriculture & MSc in Agricultural Chemicals from any Public or Foreign University.
Ph.D. in Agricultural Chemicals from any Public or Foreign University.
PGD/Diploma in Business Administration or HRD.

Others:

At least 15 years of experience in laboratory management, quality control, or testing in relevant industries.
Minimum of 10 years of global exposure in senior leadership roles within accredited laboratory & TIC industry.
Experience in chemical lab accreditation process & testing like NABL/ILAC/FSSAI/ISO: 17025.
Research publication & method development.
Membership in prominent academic and scientific societies will be an added advantage.

Ensure quality of incoming raw materials and active ingredients, maintaining proper quarantine procedures.
Conduct quality checks throughout production and control the release of finished goods.
Oversee calibration, validation, and maintenance of lab instruments and QC documents.
Develop and implement effective quality control policies and procedures to support laboratory accreditation, operational excellence, and guide research and development in the related chemical business.
Manage QC and R&D budgets for efficient resource allocation.
Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure ongoing compliance and address any accreditation-related queries.
Method development for testing.
Responsible for complying with necessary auditing.
Responsible for effective asset management of the laboratory.

Monthly base salary up to BDT 2,88,000.00 net or equivalent up to USD 2,400.00 net as per the company pay scale.
Company vehicle/ Pick & drop.
Accommodation.
