Requirements

Education

  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Management (MBM)
  • No 3rd class in any academic records.

Experience

  • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks, Training Institutes

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 50 years
  • Age not over 50 years as on January 10, 2025
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience along with minimum 5 years of experience as faculty/principal of training institute/academy of any reputed bank
  • Excellent communication and time management skill
  • Self-driven and an ability to maintain system-based training schedule and conduct online classes
  • Ability to conduct seminar on different contemporary issues.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design and deliver training programs that are aligned with the organization’s aspiration
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and gaps
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts and online courses
  • Co-ordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring availability of trainers and participants
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
  • Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators·
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training opportunities and develop customized program
  • Monitor and track training metrics to message the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Collaborate with Cell/Unit/Department/Division Heads to identify training needs and develop training plans
  • Comfortable in develop and delivery of digital platform-based learning·Design and develop training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules and job aids
  • Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and participant feedback
  • Productive, proactive and positive attitude.
