Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a large organization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align L&D initiatives with business goals.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, digital learning tools, and innovative training methods.

Experience

  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Real Estate, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
  • Partner with HR to identify high-potential employees and create targeted development plans to accelerate their growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals, ensuring continuous development and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Oversee the budget for Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Lead initiatives to support organizational change and transformation, ensuring employees are equipped to adapt and thrive in evolving business environments.
  • Develop training programs that promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate learning and development strategies with performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify key roles and develop succession plans to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through targeted learning interventions.
  • Build strong relationships with external training partners, educational institutions, and industry experts.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through data-driven analysis and make continuous improvements as needed.
