- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
- Partner with HR to identify high-potential employees and create targeted development plans to accelerate their growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals, ensuring continuous development and effective knowledge transfer.
- Oversee the budget for Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Lead initiatives to support organizational change and transformation, ensuring employees are equipped to adapt and thrive in evolving business environments.
- Develop training programs that promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate learning and development strategies with performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
- Work closely with senior management to identify key roles and develop succession plans to ensure leadership continuity.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through targeted learning interventions.
- Build strong relationships with external training partners, educational institutions, and industry experts.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through data-driven analysis and make continuous improvements as needed.
