- Proven track record in completing legal cases and reduce turnaround time in legal case closing.

- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Position Overview
- The Head of Legal Affairs Division will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the Company’s overall legal issues. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing legal relationship management and court operations management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of legal division, managing legal issues arising from the overall operation of the organization, including legal documentation and litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and collaborate with other functional areas to achieve business objectives with legal strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Central Bank guidelines to Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Oversee legal drafts, review, and negotiation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements to protect the interests of the company.
- Manage all legal disputes, litigation, and regulatory proceedings involving the Company, including coordination with external legal counsel.
- Provide legal assistance for daily operational matters, contracts, opinions, documentation, etc.
- Develop and implement robust legal policies, procedures, and frameworks to streamline operations, enhance compliance, and mitigate legal risks across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to the board of directors and senior management on corporate governance matters, ensuring adherence to corporate governance principles and best practices.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and liaise with then to ensure timely reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the division.
