Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law, Master of Law (LLM) in Law

1.     Professional Qualification as CS/CA/ACCA/CMA will be given preference.

Additional Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

To manage Board Secretariat(Conduct Board Meeting AGM,EGM, Committee Meetings etc.)

Drafting meeting Minutes

Company Secretarial matters

Compliance management

To oversee legal affairs & legal compliances

Legal drafting, legal issues, legal vetting

Meeting management regulatory compliance.

Any others duties assigned by the Authority from time to time
