Responsibilities & Context
Manage all legal and regulatory aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, mitigating risks, and providing strategic legal guidance.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage legal contracts and agreements to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes, and coordinating with internal/ external counsel as necessary.
Communicate with regulatory bodies (Govt. /Non Govt. authorities), prepare required reports, and represent the company in legal proceedings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal insights that support business objectives.
