Summary

Additional Requirements

Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Class/Division.
Minimum 15 years of experience in deposit marketing preferably in reputed banks with 3 years’ experience in similar position
Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen and strong interpersonal relationship
Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Developing and implementing inclusive strategies for achieving assigned deposit mobilization target within deadline
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing deposit marketing team
Monitor and evaluate market trends, interest rates and competitive position to take strategic decision
Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders for fund management
Develop strong customer base throughout the country by utilizing organizational and technological strengths
Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries
Develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health
Create opportunities for signing Payroll business agreement
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business through regular customer visits and industry research
Help and organize sales promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.) in co- ordination with the BM/BOM & other sales channels
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures of competent authorities
