Education

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience

Additional Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Possesses an ownership mindset and is dedicated to responsibilities
Knowledge of thermic heaters, cooling towers, pumps, chillers, piping, compressors, instrumentation drawings, capacity calculations, bearings, fasteners, gearboxes and machine drawings
Strong administrative and managerial skills to lead the team and maintain a positive work environment

Responsibilities & Context

Lead, supervise and develop the mechanical maintenance team to ensure optimal plant performance and minimal downtime
Plan, implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs across all production lines and utilities
Monitor and execute machine maintenance schedules
Ensure smooth operation of thermic heaters, chillers, compressors and pumps
Train and guide maintenance staff
Cooperate with other departments to meet operational goals
Carry out assigned projects from higher management
Oversee spare parts management, skill matrix, 5’s, housekeeping, LOTO and TPM tools
Participate in cost reduction activities
Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental (SHE) standards in all maintenance activities
Coordinate with production, electrical and instrumentation teams for integrated plant performance
