Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of maintenance professionals.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Estimate maintenance requirements, place requisitions, and coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely acquisition of necessary materials and spare parts.
Provide technical expertise and support to the purchasing team by offering guidance on equipment specifications, assisting in selecting the right parts, and ensuring the suitability and quality of purchased components.
Supervise and monitor the repair, installation, and commissioning of both old and new machinery to ensure optimal functionality and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of competency and productivity.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to machinery maintenance, incorporating best practices into maintenance strategies.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the maintenance department, contributing to overall operational efficiency and profitability.
Represent the maintenance department in meetings, discussions, and strategic planning sessions, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support organizational goals.
