About the Role:
**We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to lead and develop our marketing team in the Chittagong division. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and brand awareness for our medical and dental product lines.
**Responsibilities:***
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team with expertise in the medical and dental field.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, dentists) in the Chittagong region.
* Set clear marketing goals and objectives aligned with the company’s overall sales targets.
* Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
* Ensure the marketing team stays current on the latest medical and dental technologies and products relevant to the Chittagong market.
* Foster collaboration between the marketing team and other departments (sales, distribution) for seamless communication and campaign execution.
* Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Chittagong medical and dental community.
* Stay informed on local healthcare regulations and compliance requirements to ensure marketing activities are compliant.
* Identify and leverage marketing opportunities specific to the Chittagong region, such as local medical conferences or trade shows.
