We seek an innovative and experienced “Head of Marketing & Sales” to drive strategic growth, and enhance our market presence. This is a prime opportunity for a highly motivated leader to join our team and lead our marketing and sales team for success! We look forward to receiving your application.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare Sales & Marketing plan to boosting brand awareness, increasing sales, improving customer retention,
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive growth across various segments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing marketing and sales teams.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales initiatives and campaigns to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals and long-term contracts.

Marketing Campaigns and Analytics:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust tactics as needed.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments to align efforts with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with regional and international Business teams to ensure consistent marketing and sales strategies.
