  Poultry, Fisheries, Animal/Plant Breeding, Dairy, Agro based Startup

Additional Requirements

• Expertise in Fisheries product Sales (Like – Fish Fry & Fish Medicine).

Responsibilities & Context

• Overall responsibility to achieve monthly/quarterly/annually sales target of the company.
• Prepare detailed Professional Business Plan within agreed budget and formulate Sales strategies for the company.
• Constantly monitor competitor activity and performance.
• Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain the relationship.
• Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Preparing daily visits, daily sales reports, new dealer appointments, handle product deliveries, and compile all types of marketing & sales-related reports and then submit its written form to the responsible manager on a daily basis and at the end of the month.
