Job Context:

Shopan Plastic Industries Ltd is a leading PVC Door manufacturer in Bangladesh.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing & Sales who has minimum 12 (Twelve) years working experiences in the PVC Door industry.

Job Responsibilities:

To assist Management to establish short & long-range sales goals and collaboration with sales executives, setting sales targets, profit growth, market share & other goals.
To review sales policies & strategies to ensure that short-term operations are in accord with long-term objectives.
To motivate and maintain the liaison with the dealers & field forces to successfully achieve the sales target.
To explore new market and appoint new distributors in the potential areas.
Setting strategy to promote products to the prospective clients.
To prepare daily/monthly sales or sales related any other reports for the top management as and when required.
Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
