Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for dealing and Marketing for all type of garments (Knit / Woven / Sweater).
- Must have good linkage / relationship with foreign buyers and capable to on board the orders within short span of time.
- Ensure collection of order from buyer directly.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead & motivate a team.
- Implement cost-saving measured to improve profitability.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department.
- Should have a good knowledge in fabric, yarn, accessories, print & embroidery, sourcing, costing and T&A (Time & Action Plan) etc.
- Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality to lead a Merchandising team.
