Job Location: Head Office (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
- To deal with Marketing and Sales of Steel Rod with network Partners/Dealers and various clients and must have the capacity to sell 12000 – 15000 Tons of Steel Rod per month.
- The position shall be responsible for handling sale of MS bar/ Rod and leading the sales team
- To develop the new network partners to ensure the more market penetration
- To take initiatives and push the network partners and team members to increase the retail coverage.
- Must have the experience to work with Nationwide Dealers & Traders, Corporate House ,Real Estate, Developers and Contractor
- The position requires experience to deal with MES/ PWD/ LGRD/ Education Engineering, and other Govt. Department.
- The applicant should have efficient communication and negotiation skill to deal with potential buyers.
- To execute sales plans for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Excellent manner with good team player and leadership quality to lead the team
- Monthly/yearly sales forecasting & planning and achieve the target.
