B&T Development Ltd. is a fast growing real estate company and is going to undertake large project very soon. We are looking for Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

This position for a real-estate company so, candidate must have in depth knowledge about Bangladesh real-estate Market.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
To build a team.
Assist the management in setting strategic goals/targets/objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its operation, market status, profitability, and return on investment.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
Sales of Ongoing & Ready Apartments.
To ensure the achievement of sales target of the company with the help of marketing team.
Must have knowledge about different regulators requirement to keep company complied.
Build and maintain a relationship with clients.
