Responsibilities & Context

• Factory Operation Monitoring.
• Ensure Product efficiency.
• Conduct R&D & QC.
• Monthly review meeting arrange (Show Room & Factory) & follow up.
• Customer complaints analysis & solution and discuss with Management.
• To guide and train team members of production & others.
• Initiate modernizing the furniture industry with systematic manufacturing, planning and execution – BOM, PS&P, ROUTE SHEET, PPT, Finishing Management & Man-Management.
• Check all types of factory operations-related documents.
• Any other work given by the Management.
