Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Sc. in Engineering, preferably in EEE, Mechanical, or Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or in any other relevant discipline from a reputed institution.
Experience

- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Steel, Electric Wire/Cable, Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Corrugated Tin
Responsibilities & Context
RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s most diversified and innovation-driven conglomerates, is inviting applications for the position of Head of Operation for its various business units.
The position demands an experienced, strategic, and performance-driven professional who can lead large-scale manufacturing operations, drive process excellence, ensure product quality, and build a culture of continuous improvement across the assigned business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end operational functions: Production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, and Planning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, BSTI, and other national/international standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Manage workforce planning, training, and performance development across multiple factories.
- Monitor and control key operational KPIs to ensure efficiency and resource optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Business Head, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales teams to align operations with business goals.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation across all operational units.
