Responsibilities & Context

• Sourcing: Identifying and selecting suitable manufacturers and suppliers.
• Production: Overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure the final product meets the buyer’s requirements.
• Logistics: Managing the logistics of shipping and delivery, including optimizing freight routes and expediting order fulfillment.
• Market Updates: Providing clients with market updates on prices, new products, and technologies.
• Procurement: Initiating the procurement process by placing orders and ensuring delivery to clients.
• Supporting Manufacturers: Providing guidance and assistance to local manufacturers in areas like production planning, sourcing of accessories and fabrics, and setting time and action plans.
