Responsibilities & Context

• Drive business growth and oversee the manufacturing plant’s efficient operations.
• Lead the oven-based manufacturing business.
• Ensure smooth operations across production, IE, cutting, quality, washing, technical, and sample divisions.
• Restructure and redesign operational processes for improved outcomes.
• Responsible for implementing modern manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques.
• Manage and control the operational budget.
• Lead the team by example and provide training to achieve business success.
