Responsibilities & Context
Wholesale & Retail Operations Management :
- Manage the wholesale team across Bangladesh for all the regions.
- Oversee and expand the retail store operations extensively.
- Onboard more wholesale & retail clients.
Sales Team and Sales Revenue Management:
- Oversee and manage the sales team across Bangladesh.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach to the entire country.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for regional and national accounts.
Procurement Management:
- Manage procurement processes for regional wholesale accounts.
- Oversee procurement for retail account management, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
Decision Analytics for Procurement:
- Utilize data analytics to make informed procurement decisions.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Identify & develop more fast moving products
New Product Development:
- Lead initiatives for new product development to expand product offerings.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities for product and market expansion.
Credit Management:
- Assess and manage credit risk for the company.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage the creditworthiness of customers and clients.
Team Management:
- Manage and lead teams responsible for logistics, supply chain, sales, and data analytics.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
