Responsibilities & Context
Café Amazon, one of Asia’s largest and fastest-growing coffee chains, is launching in Bangladesh through an exclusive partnership with Bashundhara Group. With over 3,000 outlets across Asia, we’re on a mission to redefine the café culture in Bangladesh – combining premium coffee, nature-inspired ambiance, and world-class service. As we prepare for rapid nationwide expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead our Bangladesh operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Café Amazon outlets in Bangladesh
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
- Lead and mentor store managers and staff to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop SOPs, staff training programs, and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and franchise development teams
- Monitor P&L, optimize cost-efficiency, and ensure target achievement
- Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews
- Drive new store openings and contribute to strategic expansion planning
