  • Manage and improve the credit recovery process, ensuring timely payments.
  • Lead negotiations, acquisitions, and transactions related to land purchases.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and the supply chain to ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare annual budgets bills of quantities, and financial forecasts to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Ensure all projects and operations meet the highest standards of quality.
