• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production

·Advanced degree/training on Supply Chain Management will get preference.

At least 15 years work experience in relevant field out of which at least 5 years as Operational Head in a large manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities & Context

Overseeing, managing and executing all operational procedure of Nabil Particle Board Mills, Furniture and PVC Industries Limited.

Maintain and monitor daily maintenance and production progress in a systematic process.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production report for higher management.

Take responsibilities of purchasing quality raw materials.

Develop and maintain cost effective strategy for store and inventory management.

Ensure work, health and safety issues throughout the factory premises including standard fire security system.

Monitoring and developing the overall distribution and factory security system.

Maintain and established industrial safety, social compliance and human rights as per Labor Law·

Prepare and ensure all necessary documents for audit as per ISO requirements.

Prepare and submit annual production plan for driving the performance of key result areas on production activities.

Any other relevant tasks given by the Management.
